    Squats are one of the best functional exercises you can perform, promoting mobility and strength and helping you complete daily activities with ease such as standing up from a chair and picking up objects from the floor.

    Topics to be covered include:

    • Proper squat mechanics
    • Common compensations and how to correct them
    • Variations and progressions of the squat
