No-Bake Birthday Cake Protein Pops!
The best part about going to birthday parties is the cake! Isn’t it? These no-bake birthday cake protein bites are moist, fluffy and delicious. They are simple enough to make in a matter of minutes and are packed with protein, which helps keep you full longer. Adding sprinkles gives these protein bites their final dose of sweetness, plus a little bit of crunch. These bites are a great post workout snack or a quick, on the go treat when you are hungry in between meals. These fun, bite sized treats make the perfect spring dessert to share with your friends and family!
Ingredients
- 2 packets of French vanilla Lean Protein
- 2 Tbsp stevia
- 4 Tbsp coconut Flour
- 2 ½ Tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 6 Tbsp water
- ¼ cup sprinkles, optional
Instructions
- Place the protein powder, stevia, coconut flour, coconut oil and water in a bowl; stir until the dough forms. You may need to add more water, 1 teaspoon until desired consistency is reached
- Form tablespoon-sized balls of dough. Place the sprinkles on a plate and roll the balls into the sprinkles
- Refrigerate until ready to eat
- Enjoy!
