Lifting Mechanics Seminar for Hicks Nurseries

Last week Physical Solutions was invited to Hicks Nurseries in Westbury to present on proper lifting mechanics as part of their wellness workshop series. We had the opportunity to meet with staff from both the customer service and landscape departments to discuss the best strategies to avoid injuries when lifting at work. We also reviewed a series of exercises to promote good mechanics, core strength, and flexibility.
