    No-Bake Birthday Cake Protein Pops!

    The best part about going to birthday parties is the cake! Isn’t it? These no-bake birthday cake protein bites are moist, fluffy and delicious. They are simple enough to make in a matter of minutes and are packed with protein, which helps keep you full longer. Adding sprinkles gives these protein bites their final dose of sweetness, plus a little bit of crunch. These bites are a great post workout snack or a quick, on the go treat when you are hungry in between meals. These fun, bite sized treats make the perfect spring dessert to share with your friends and family!

    Ingredients

    • 2 packets of French vanilla Lean Protein
    • 2 Tbsp stevia
    • 4 Tbsp coconut Flour
    • 2 ½ Tbsp coconut oil, melted
    • 6 Tbsp water
    • ¼ cup sprinkles, optional

     

    Instructions

    1. Place the protein powder, stevia, coconut flour, coconut oil and water in a bowl; stir until the dough forms. You may need to add more water, 1 teaspoon until desired consistency is reached
    2. Form tablespoon-sized balls of dough. Place the sprinkles on a plate and roll the balls into the sprinkles
    3. Refrigerate until ready to eat
    4. Enjoy!
